Save the date for our annual Easter Egg Hunt on the BSTC Soccer field. Start time will be determined as we get closer, and hunt times by age groups will be set as well. We look forward to this annual event and seeing all the smiles (and some tears) our our little Gator’s faces. More to come….

This is our last PNO before the bubble comes down! Please let us give you a night off from adulting and hand your kids over to us for an evening of fun. Sally is offering a weekly class at BSTC consisting of gentle yoga flow for all levels! Join Sally for not only a good stretch but also a time of rest and renewal for your mind, body, and soul. Classes meet in the BSTC Clubhouse (game room). Cost is $15 members/$20 guests. REGISTER HERE

Need A Break (after a long winter break)? Yeeeaaaah, we thought so! Register your child/children ages 5-10 for our upcoming Parents Night Out and let us do the adulting for you. We are excited to host first last Parents Night Out in the bubble this fall/winter season on Friday, November 10th from 5-9:30PM. Our maximum number of registrants is 45, so don't delay! We had so much fun the first time, we decided to keep getting our “Swampers” together. Come out on Thursday, October 5th for another gathering of our veteran (we’re not going to say old) members. The Gator Grill will be offering a dinner special or feel free to bring your own food/beverages (you can also use the grill to cook your own food). PRE-ORDER the dinner special HERE!

It’s time for a night of grown-up fun, so line up your sitters and come on down to the club for a swim-in movie night. We will have a movie queued up while you swim and socialize the night away, kid-free! Bring your own beverages/food, but the grill will be open (hours TBA). We expect no technical difficulties this time! Movie title will be announced in September.

Join us for a day of celebration in honor of Labor Day. The pool will be open from 10am-7pm and grill will be open from 11am-6pm. Activities TBD.

Come down to the club for a night of live music and family fun. The pool will be open for swimming and the music will be kid friendly. Bring a lawn chair and your own beverages. The grill we be open until 8pm.

Gators Give It a Tri - Kids Triathlon will take place on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at Brentwood Swim and Tennis Club at Wildwood. This is a run, bike, swim event for kids ages 5-18. We are excited to host this fundraiser in partnership with the Nashville Dolphins. All proceeds will benefit the Nashville Dolphins.

The chip-timed event will begin with a swim in the BSTC pool, and the bike and run will take place on a flat course through the Wildwood neighborhood. This is open to both members and non-members. Register HERE.

Register at the pool front desk. $30 per participant. Check-in is at 7:30am on Saturday (at the pool deck) to discuss the rules and hand out door prizes. Lunch is free for participants from 11-2pm. The afternoon fish check-in is at 3:30--all participants must check-in and return to the pool deck by 7pm. Awards will start at 7:30pm.

Calling all lifelong members— those who remember driving up to the club in their Buick or changing clothes in the cabana after “the flood”. Join us for a night of food, fun and nostalgia! Order from the Gator Grill from 5:00-6:30 or bring something to throw on the charcoal grill. Bring your own drinks – no glass containers. Invite your old Wildwood friends to come as your guests and bring the kids to enjoy a night at The Swamp before they head off to college, high school or back to work.

We will spend this special day that honors our fallen heroes with all-day family fun. Festivities will include family tennis games, adult and kid pool games, food trucks, music and more! We will have a moment of silence at 3PM so we may recognize the sacrifices that so many made for our country.

We are so excited to host our annual Easter Egg hunt for our Wildwood families. Like last year, we will have specific age-based zones that will start at different times so kids of all ages can enjoy the fun at their level and the parents can enjoy the fun as well. DO NOT BE LATE! You must be on time otherwise your child may miss their time slot to hunt and gather. Any late arrivals will have an opportunity to participate in a “late hunt” in a designated area.

Get ready for some margaritas, Mexican food and oh yeah...some doubles tennis! The festivities kick off at 6:30PM so plan on enjoying some delicious eats beforehand to fuel up for your tennis match.  Cost: $30 per team (40 Team Maximum). Teams must contain at least 1 BSTC member and full member teams will be given priority.
