  • How do I register my child for swim lessons?

  • How do I sign my child up for swim team in the summer?

    Team Unify is the software we use to register for swim team, communicate with swim team participants and parents, and to commit or decline a swim meet. Visit the Swim Team page for more information.

  • Do you have to be a member of Brentwood Swim and Tennis Club to participate in the swim team or dive team?

    Yes, you must be a member of the club to be a member of the swim or dive team. To find out about how to join Brentwood Swim and Tennis Club, please visit the “How to Join” section of our website.

  • Do the lifeguards work for Brentwood Swim and Tennis Club?

    The lifeguards are employees of Greater Nashville Pool Management Company (GNPM), but are managed by our Club Manager, Bill Woodcock. If you have any concerns regarding the quality or volume of lifeguards on duty, please contact billwoodcock@brentwoodswimandtennis.com

  • Who do I contact if I have a concern about the cleanliness of the pool?

    If you have a concern or question about safety or cleanliness of the pool, please contact our Club Manager, Bill Woodcock, at billwoodcock@brentwoodswimandtennis.com.

  • What are the pool hours?

    The pool hours are listed HERE. The upcoming season pool hours will be published in late spring and are updated throughout the season. Hours of operation for holidays and special events will be communicated via email.

  • What is the pool closure policy in the event of inclement weather?

    During pool hours, if thunder is detected, the pool will close immediately and will re-open once 30 minutes has passed without thunder. If you would like to receive weather alerts to let you know if the pool is closed because of the weather, please sign up for text alerts.

  • Who manages the Gator Grill?

    In September 2022, we sent a Request for Proposal to several food vendors in the area and selected The Brentwood Market to run the Gator Grill for the 2023 season.

  • Can you rent event space at the club for small or large parties?

    Members may reserve all or portions of the clubhouse during pool season and off-season. The field on the east end of the property is also rentable space for sports teams or other outdoor events. Visit our Clubhouse & Field Rental page for pricing and rental options.

  • I have a question about a pool-related charge on my billing statement. Who do I contact?

    If you would like to dispute or gain clarification about a charge on your billing statement that is pool related (swim, food, etc.) please contact our Business Manager, Amy Brothers, at billing@brentwoodswimandtennis.com. Tennis related billing question are to be directed elsewhere (see next—>)

  • I have a question regarding a tennis-related charge on my billing statement. Who do I contact?

    Please contact our Head Tennis Pro, Andy Veal, at andyveal@brentwoodswimandtennis.com any tennis related billing disputes. Any lessons, camps or clinics paid for by check should not show up on your statement.

  • Can I pay by bill by credit card?

    In order to keep costs down for our members, we use the ach transaction processing system which directly debits your bank account. The fee for using this method is much lower than paying credit card transaction processing fees and helps us keep membership dues lower. If you would like to pay your balance via ach transaction on the 15th of each month, please contact our Business Manager at billing@brentwoodswimandtennis.com.

  • Can we cancel our membership mid-year and discontinue making payments?

    Your membership is an annual, calendar year membership. You may pay your dues all at once or over twelve months, but you are responsible for paying the full annual membership dues, regardless of when you cancel your membership during the year.

  • Do I pay the tennis pro directly for any lessons received?

    Please write all checks to Brentwood Swim and Tennis Club, not to the pro. Or let Andy Veal know that you would like to be billed for the lesson(s) on your statement.

  • Who do I talk to about a complaint I have regarding inappropriate behavior or attire at the club?

    For all concerns regarding inappropriate behavior, attire, or other activities that are in violation of our club policies, please contact our Club Manager, Bill Woodcock, at billwoodcock@brentwoodswimandtennis.com
